WELCOME to the website of Saints Peter & Paul Romanian Orthodox Church of Dearborn Heights, Michigan.  We hope that this information will give you a good impression of our parish family, and we invite all to visit us and join us if you are looking for a spiritual home.  Our doors are open to all - both American and Romanian born faithful - who wish to live and learn the Holy Orthodox Faith: the Faith passed down from Jesus Christ to His Apostles, and from those Apostles down through the Church over the centuries to us today.

  • Don't miss our 5th Annual Vendor Show on Saturday, March 28.  We're expecting over 40 representatives from a variety of companies who will display and sell products and professional services.  In addition, our ladies will make Romanian food and baked goods available for purchase.  Local Romanian-American author Doris Plantus will also be in attendance signing copies of her newly- published novella "Sihastrul" (The Hermit).  Be sure to invite your family and friends to this FREE event!

  • Throughout this period of Great Lent, the Divine Liturgy and Memorial Service (Parastas) will be celebrated each Saturday in observance of Memorial Saturday/Sâmbăta Morţilor beginning at 10:30am.  Faithful are invited to bring a dish of coliva for the Memorial Service (Parastas) to share at the coffee hour afterward or to take home.

  • Great Vespers will be served each Saturday throughout Great Lent beginning at 4:30pm.  Confessions will also be heard at that time.

  • The remaining Liturgy of Presanctified Gifts will also be celebrated on Wednesday, April 1 beginning at 7pm (Confessions heard 6:00-6:45pm), with a Lenten meal immediately following.  We encourage everyone to take advantage of these extra opportunities to focus on our spiritual life in preparation for the Resurrection of our Lord.

  • Applications are now being accepted for The Traian & Anna Moga Educational Scholarship for Sts.
